Boys bday party

Sorry for the back to back posts but I have so much to catch up with that I don't want to miss a single thing. We decided to have a joint party for the boys because it just made sense, the weather would be great and it would be one big party instead of three smaller ones, and it worked out perfectly. We had the party on 9/8/12 Jacob's actual 2nd bday (worked out nicely). We put lots of work into making this party a hit for the boys. I painted some of the stuff and even Jackie (Ricky's sister) helped out! She was the one to give me the idea on the centerpieces and they turned out adorable. There was even a car painting station that the kids enjoyed. So here are some of the pictures.

Congrats to Damian

I almost forgot Damian came home on Friday showing off his certificate as well as his medal for learning how to count to 100 on his own. This made me one proud Mommy, we have been working so hard on teaching him his numbers and just two weeks ago I got a letter from his teacher saying he only knew how to count to 20. He got Ice cream too, all for knowing how to count! The next milestone we are working on is learning how to tie his shoes... My baby is awesome!

Party's are always fun!

Today was so much fun, we started off our day by going to Damian's last soccer game of the season. Then we came home to get dressed for Nahim's bday party, which was lots of fun especially because it was a costume party. The boys had their face painted, and played on the jumper all afternoon. Then they had cake and we called it a night. We came home to watch movies on Netflix and I have to say it was a great Saturday.

Happy Blogging

Today was super fun it was Damian's first school trip and it was so much fun, and best part was being able to go on the trip with him.We went to Boulder Creek Ranch (pumpkin patch)  I have to confess I'm such a big baby as we boarded the bus and were driving off I had to hold tears back, it just made me realize how fast my boys are growing. I can't believe he is going to be five next month. To see him being able to do stuff on his own and watch him have conversations with his friends is amazing. He is not a little baby anymore. (tear) Anyways, back to the trip he got to pick a very cute pumpkin and he tasted roasted pumpkin seeds, he also got to go on a hay ride and check out all the cool (smelly) horses, donkeys, chickens, goats and cats (weird huh). We ended the trip with lunch on the grass then back on the bus and off to school. Julian and Jacob stayed with "Tia Monica", a true godsend that cousin of mine! They had tons of fun playing with their new cat "He

Meet Jacob

So now it's time to fill you in on my last baby, Jacob Benjamin. Jacob was born on Sept 9, 2010. He weighed 7lbs 4 ounces, and was a surprise baby. And while at first it was really hard having Jacob 11 months after having Julian we realized that he completed our family. Jacob is everything Julian and Damian are not, where the other boys have been quiet and shy Jacob is not, and I love it. He is very rambunctious, its so fun having him. He is always ready and willing to do anything and everything he is not afraid to do new things. He loves kicking a ball around at Damian's soccer practice, I think he is going to be great at soccer. He gives the biggest best hugs ever and I just adore him. I feel like Jacob had to grow up really quick because I had two babies, I never really got to fully enjoy him as a baby and I find myself now trying to hold him as if he were a newborn, which he hates, lol. Jacob is an awesome little boy, even if he gets into everything. He loves playing with

Meet Julian

Our second baby is Julian Jace and he was born October 9, 2009. He weighed 6lbs 4 ounces, and was just an awesome baby. Having two boys was so much fun! Julian just turned three and is super smart but shy. He  loves to play by himself but has lots of friends at school, apparently he is a little popular. He just started his first year in pre-school and is really enjoying it. He is learning how to color in the lines and how to cut. Julian had a little bit of a speech problem so he has been getting speech therapy and he is doing great. The school is just starting to send someone to the school to help him, but just the other day he came over and said "Mommy, I'm thirsty" I think he is doing great! Julian is very sweet but has a temper just like his Daddy. Since he cant answer questions completely yet I will do it for him, I know these anyways. 1. Favorite color- green 2. Favorite song- Usher- omg 3. Favorite toy- Lightning mcqueen cars 4. Friends- Noah, Clarke Newbo
